Shakespeare wrote, βThe eyes are the windows to your soul.β
When I look into your eyes today, I can still see that wonderful, compassionate, and loving soul that I fell in love with twenty-five years ago.
The vessel in which we carry our soul has aged, but the love and joy that I see in you has only strengthened and become more vibrant with time. The love I see in you has grown into a badge of honor that you so rightly deserve.
I not only celebrate our marriage of these twenty-five years but I celebrate the love that started as a mustard seed and has grown into a strong and powerful tree. The ugliness of this world and problems have come our way, yet they could not break or even weaken your faith in god.
You are always portraying the love of god and the abundance of his grace in your life. Shirley Jane, my love for you has grown and is still growing and will continue to grow until we come face to face with Jesus.
Your loving husband.
